It's Easter and we're HOPPING MAD!

Brewing is a science and we are mad scientists! More on Brew 15- The BIG hop, dry hopped on the 3rd day of rising/fermentation with 60gms of Citra hops- yeah that's 60( six O) grams. our goal is to dramatically increase the aroma of our final product without increasing the bitterness. Hoppy Easter!
