WOW, what a great beer in such a short time.
The beer was full of fizz/effervescence bubbles and working well in the glass! This resulted in a 3 finger head.
The white, with a hue of tan head held up well over time. Sitting onto of a great earthy coloured beer.
The nose/aroma was of slight malt. The taste was really refreshing, the gaseness produced an early burp or two!
We lost a bit of the taste at the back of the tongue, the taste not lingering long.
Our tastes have moved to hoppiness and if anything we would have liked more malt balanced with more hops?
We're look'n forward to sharing more tastings.
