Kegged Brew 20- Olympic Moment

An Olympic event! A Gold medal performance...
Kegging the English Bitter Ale.

The previous SG confirmed our tasting that all was good BUT there was still some residule sugars/sweetness! An addition of an aquarium heater enabled us to ferment out/reactivate yeasties to completed the job.

3 days passed... SG and more tasting confirm Gold, Gold, Gold!
No need for filtering as this is a malt beer without excess hops in suspension. Plus we tilted the fermenter to enable dead yeast (RIP) to settle away from the tap.

Kegged easily, gased, regased and refrigerated. CAN'T WAIT!
Initial comments include: BALANCE, CLASSIC, FLAG SHIP (Malt)!
